Terms and Conditions – KKLion Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

01 Introduction

Welcome to kklion. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and kklion ("kklion", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing kklion's website at kklion.biz, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

kklion is an online gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players, offering a wide range of games including crash games, online casino slots, live casino table games, virtual sports, fishing games, Ludo, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and sports betting odds. All transactions on kklion are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all payment integrations are designed for Pakistani users.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kklion platform. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kklion.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open an account on kklion and participate in any gaming activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. kklion reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be registering as a private individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not already hold an active kklion account. Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices – is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of kklion or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method in your own name. Registration using false details, borrowed identities, or third-party payment accounts is prohibited.

By completing the registration process on kklion, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria stated above. If any of the above eligibility criteria are not met or cease to be met at any point during your membership, you are required to notify kklion immediately by contacting support at support@kklion.biz.

03 Account Rules

Your kklion account is personal to you. The following rules govern how your account must be managed and used:

• Login Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kklion will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
• Account Security: You must use your kklion account only from devices and connections you trust. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to place bets or access your account on your behalf.
• One Account Per Person: As stated in Section 2, only one kklion account is permitted per individual. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support to have the duplicate closed. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent restrictions is fraud and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Account Currency: All kklion accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to change the account currency. Funds deposited in PKR are held in PKR and all withdrawals are paid in PKR.
• Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. kklion reserves the right to deduct an administrative fee from the balance of inactive accounts after providing notice via the registered mobile number. Accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for 24 months may be closed.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your kklion account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method after standard checks are completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

kklion is committed to providing Pakistani players with the fastest and most transparent payment experience available. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

• Payment Method Ownership: You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. kklion does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals. Using a payment account that belongs to another person is a violation of these Terms and may result in the transaction being reversed and the account being suspended.
• Deposit Processing: kklion does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. kklion is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal Verification: kklion may request verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or if the account has not been previously verified. Providing requested documents promptly will ensure the fastest possible processing time.
• Withdrawal to Matched Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all accounts equally.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are in PKR. kklion does not accept or issue foreign currency. Any deposits received in a foreign currency will be rejected and returned to the sender.
• Processing Times: The processing times listed in the table above are typical and may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during peak periods, or due to circumstances outside kklion's control such as payment provider outages.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kklion offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated for individual offers at the time they are promoted.

• One Bonus Per Person: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available once per person. One account per person means one welcome bonus per person. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is a violation of these Terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Standard wagering on kklion is 30× the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spins have a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from that bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Casino slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Baccarat, and Roulette may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting and Crash games contribution rates are stated in the specific offer terms. kklion will provide the applicable game contribution rates for each active promotion on request.
• Abuse of Bonuses: kklion reserves the right to withhold or remove bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or wagering patterns that suggest systematic exploitation rather than genuine recreational play.
• Bonus Modification: kklion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Members who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on kklion. Category-specific rules for sports betting, crash games, casino slots, live casino, and other sections are published separately within each section of the platform.

• Bets Are Final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the kklion platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the member. You should review all bet details carefully before confirming.
• RNG and Provably Fair: All kklion casino games and crash games use either independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a Provably Fair cryptographic algorithm. These systems ensure that game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by kklion or by players.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game result, kklion reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to members' accounts. kklion will not be liable for winnings that resulted from a demonstrable technical error.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. These limits may differ between games, between bet types within a game, and between standard and VIP accounts. kklion reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time with notice to affected members.
• Currency: All bets on kklion are placed and settled in PKR. There is no option to place bets in any other currency.
• Sports Betting Settlements: Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. kklion follows standard sports betting settlement rules, including void rules for postponed events and dead-heat rules for tied outcomes. 07 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

kklion is a platform built for genuine recreational gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited on kklion and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or access the platform without human oversight.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other members to exploit odds or game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerability or software error in any kklion game or platform component.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology to circumvent any access restrictions or to create the appearance of accessing kklion from a different location.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to fund your kklion account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using kklion to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or kklion staff in any communication channel.

kklion employs fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, kklion reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, permanently close accounts, and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities where legal obligations require.

08 Responsible Gaming

kklion takes its responsibility to members and to wider society seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable recreational activity. When it ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, it is important that the right support is available.

kklion provides every member with access to the following responsible gaming tools at no charge, accessible from the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you deposit. Increases to limits take effect only after a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Alerts: Enable notifications that remind you of how long you have been playing, set at intervals you choose.
• Time-Out Breaks: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to one month. Time-outs cannot be cancelled before the period ends.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all kklion games and sections. Self-exclusion can be set for specific periods or permanently. Once self-exclusion is active, kklion will not send you any marketing communications.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the kklion platform – including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, interface designs, text, promotional materials, and data – is the intellectual property of kklion or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using kklion, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any kklion content in any medium without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any kklion software or game code.
• Use kklion's name, logo, or brand materials in any context without written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any kklion intellectual property.

Any unauthorised use of kklion intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to access the platform and may expose you to legal action.

10 Privacy & Data

kklion collects, stores, and processes personal data about its members in order to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. By registering on kklion, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• kklion will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data is processed through certified secure payment gateways. kklion does not store full card or wallet credentials on its own servers.
• kklion may share data with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

11 Limitation of Liability

• kklion is not liable for any losses arising from a member's decision to participate in gaming or betting on the platform. All gaming involves risk and members accept that risk when they place bets.
• kklion is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, or other circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control that interrupt or prevent access to the platform.
• kklion's maximum aggregate liability to any individual member for any single claim is limited to the value of the account balance held at the time the claim arises.
• kklion does not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or any specific game. Maintenance windows and temporary unavailability may occur with or without advance notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Contact

kklion reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kklion will notify members via a notice displayed on the platform or by message to the registered mobile number. Continued use of the kklion platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at kklion.biz/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of the document. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and this English version shall be the definitive version in the event of any translation discrepancy. These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction under which kklion operates.
